Overhang Protection

Some textures push surface vertices downward, creating new overhangs. When enabled, vertices are never moved in the âˆ’Z direction during texturing. X and Y movement is unaffected.

Smooth Bottom

Snap any vertex within 0.1 mm of the bottom plane onto it after texturing. Keeps the bed-contact surface perfectly flat so slicers don't shade tiny height variations on bottom slivers.

Harvest Flat Faces

When decimation reaches the triangle limit there are often still flat faces left that cost almost nothing to remove. With this on, decimation keeps collapsing them past the limit â€” as long as each collapse moves the surface less than the tolerance below â€” saving extra triangles without losing visible detail.

Preserve Untextured Surfaces

Keep surfaces that receive no texture (painted mask, angle masks) exactly as they are in the source model: mesh regularization and decimation will not move or remove any of their vertices, so fillets and fine details stay intact. If the untextured surfaces alone exceed the triangle limit, the export exceeds the limit instead of degrading the texture.
